Whenever someone speaks, they reveal a little more about the way they think. And the more deeply they share about themselves, the greater we get to know them. So it is with Christ. If we want to know Jesus, we need to listen to His Word. That's where He will teach us His mind so that we can become His disciples. The Scriptures truly are a treasure.
We gather weekly to study the Bible, with our goals being: to get to know and love God, learn the teachings of Jesus and embrace the Holy Spirit as guide. Our resource, the "Little Rock Scripture Series", encourages private and group study of the Bible through a video lecture, commentary, work-study books, along with faith sharing and lively discussions on the content of each week’s topic.
Some of the books we have recently studied are: the Acts of the Apostles, Galatians and Romans, The Way of Justice and Peace, and The Book of Revelation.
All parishioners and their family and friends are welcome.
Meetings are Tuesday mornings, September through May, 9:00 - 11:00am in the St. Mother Teresa room (on the 2nd floor of the Blessed Virgin Mary wing.) You may also join us on Zoom.
