And Jesus Wept…
. . .May His Loving Arms Embrace You In Times Of Sadness
Our parish community desires to reach out to families who are grieving. We strive to be supportive in as many ways as possible, to help families re-establish themselves in their new role as parents and children who have lost a loved one.
Grieving is a natural process each of us goes through after the death of a loved one. While no one can take away the sadness, others can help by listening and caring. Sharing feelings with others who have experienced the death of a loved one helps many people to heal.
We offer a BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP that meets twice a month throughout the year. Anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one is invited to consider joining the group. Parish membership is not required.
Most people find that a group is most beneficial if started not sooner than three months after the death. However, this is an individual decision.
